Postal Code Validation

Hello there,

I’m creating an app for courier services and need to validate the recipient’s address by postal code.
I have a list of 400+ postal codes, that are currently in the service zone.

What I look forward to:
Creating new shipment, when postal code is valid.
When the postal code is invalid, displaying a screen with information, that the address is not in the zone.

Any help here will be much appreciated,

Make a new list for shipment type, and make it in a new screen and add new relationship with Postal codes.
