Hi everyone, how are you? I’m having a problem with ipahub.
I followed the Adalo and ipahub documentation. During login, the user goes through a splash screen with the IAPHUB START component. We added the app ID and client ID.
When it’s successful, it updates the logged-in user and saves the result from iaphub. The purchase is made on sandbox, and it appears in the iaphub panel, but the problem is that every time I log in, it registers as false and takes me back to the paywall. I log into iaphub to view clients, and there’s nothing there, but the payments are visible and everything…
Has anyone else experienced this? We’ve tried many ways and can’t solve it.
The app is currently published in test and sandbox versions… I don’t see any user accounts being created. Is this only possible when iaphub is in production?
It also doesn’t return the plan expiration date, only the ID and whether the account is active (true/false).
I ran another test, it worked fine, I logged out and logged back in 10 minutes and it worked fine again, I logged out and started again and it prompted me to update my plan again… the instability is terrible
You need to enter the ID (id stored in the iaphubid property) and hit submit.
You can add that upon subscribing into a date & time property.
It seems you’re opening the app in the previewer right? You would need to turn on the other toggle too. How’s the link actions configured? Which condition is being used for the link actions?
