Product age formula challenge

Alright guys. Formula challenge for anyone who is up for it.

Heres the scenario. I have a database of products. Each product has a born-on date that can be any day of the year which is entered by a product manager. On January 1st each year, every product turns 1 year older (no matter if they are born on April 10th or December 31st). For the first year (whatever amount of time that is) the product will be displayed as 0 years old. What formula can I use to automatically display the appropriate current age of the products - which will update on January 1st every year.

These products can last up to 20 years.

Well to be more precise, you can just put a text with the created date of the product and put it in the form of relative date. Then it will display the right age of the product.
