Problem with age calculation formula

Applying the formula to know the age of the user, referring to his date of birth, that is; "ROUND((CURRENT TIME - DATE OF BIRTH)/365), there is a mismatch of some months and days, and variable… I mean that by doing tests, I found out that the difference today was between 26 and July 27, and when trying again, it changed to mid-August…

Anybody knows what could be the problem?

try focusing only on date and not date and time

with START OF TODAY exactly the same thing happens
