For some reason these three buttons aren’t working on mobile. For context I do have a full screen,

Check the layout on other device screen sizes in the editor. If they are anchored center and that is a shared setting it can pull them off the screen. Select them in the editor, change the screen size and look for the outline box outside the bounds of the screen.
Check they are not nested in another rectangle or container in this sense…
Then check visibility rules.
