Rand : generate always the same number

A Refresh Icon Button have an action “UPDATE Etablishment” > Property “Key” = RAND(10000,99999).

The first time the Refresh Button is click, the Key value change for the new one but after, RAND generate always the same number.

I would like a new number everytime… any way to do that?
