Receiving [400] Request failed with status code 500 on Make (Formally Integromat)

I am receiving a [400] Request failed with status code 500 when creating a Adalo Database connection on Make (Formally Integromat). Has anyone else seen this issue or know how to resolve this issue.

I am also not able to update my external collections from bubble

Hi @Jeorge @ae25,

Did you check if you have Collections API enabled? This could be checked in Settings (left pane) → App Access → API Key.
Unfortunately Adalo Professional Plan since some date no longer includes Collections API access (for new signups), so this could be the reason…

Best,
Victor

I have been working on the app for a while now in Legacy, its been running fine, i got this error today

I am currently on the Team Plan. My issue was that I had too many relationships in the database that was causing Make to timeout during my Initial Connection. I no longer have an issue with connecting my Database to Make (Formally Integromat). Also, the Legacy plans no longer have access to the External API collections unless you’re on a Team or Business Plan.

Hi @ae25,

Thanks for sharing the results. Whenever you have an opportunity, could you please share how many relationships did you have in the collection? I’ve never seen such issue before, would be really interesting to replicate and explore.
Of course if you’re not willing to share - no worries

Best,
Victor.

@Victor I had 84 relationships on the database collection. After moving all of my database form submissions/updates to Make (Formally Integromat). I removed all of those relationships and that sped up my app tremendously with the loading of the list. I was also able to add my database collection to Make after removing all of the relationships!

@ae25 thanks a lot for sharing this info. 84 relationships is a lot  Glad your app is working faster now.
