Record count and Record limit mismatch

Hey guys, been working on my app for a few weeks and recently encountered this ‘reached limit’ message. I’m on the free membership right now as I’m building it out and I know the max is 200. However, according to what I’m seeing in the database, I’m well below. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place, but here’s a screenshot of what I’m basing my numbers on. According to what I see, there’s only 24 records in total. Either something’s off on Adalo’s end or I’m just clueless to where to find the actual number of records.

Appreciate in any assistance in sorting this out.

Could you send in a ticket for this? We have sometimes seen this issue when makers create and delete records. It’s also possible that the Action Cannot Be Completed is for the app actions - which are 1000 per billing month on the free plan.

I did do that as well! Also, now i can’t even access records… just a spinning wheel like it’s trying to load but never does.
