Rectangle not updating its size when toggle to show text is hit

Essentially I have a simple list dropdown but when I hit the toggle to make the conditioning for viewing the extra text which is {{Current Service → extra info}} it doesn’t increase the size of the rectangle. I only have the title and then price in the box.

How do I sort this issue

Make the text an multi line and auto focus

And then increase the rectangle a little bit
