How do I get screenshots of my app to upload it to the appstore? They have to be in the proper aspect ratio

When I had to do it for both Apple and Google app stores, I simply opened the app’s preview from my smartphone and took screenshots of the screen on all the app pages I wanted to upload.
You can do it similarly by opening the preview of the app from the designer’s page and then with a screen capture program (greenshot? or similar) you can do it.
For the aspect ratio, I’d suggest using a very simple image editing program (even Paint works fine) to resize the canvas according to the store’s requirements.
I recently published my app on both stores and hadn’t any complain about those screens.
