Sign in with Apple issue

Good day, I hope you are well.

I have followed Adalo’s instruction when I am implementing Sign in With Apple button. I have used it for several days without any issues. However, I just noticed that today, when I tried to sign in with apple, it showed me ‘sign up not completed’ message.’ Is there a server issue or something with adalo? Please help.
