Starter Plan Issues: Can't Access Features or Publish App"

Hello,

I recently subscribed to the Starter Plan ($45/month) expecting to access the features included in this plan. However, I’m still encountering the following issues:

  1. Some actions in my app are limited, as if I’m still on the free plan (e.g., adding screens or database items).

  2. I’m unable to proceed with publishing my app to the app stores.

Steps I’ve already taken:

Refreshed my browser.

Cleared the cache.

Tried accessing Adalo on another browser and device.

Despite these efforts, the issues persist. My subscription started two days ago, and I’m concerned because my subscription period is running out without being able to use the features.

Has anyone faced a similar issue, or does anyone know how I can resolve this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
