As shown below the icon is not shown.
So I changed the background color from red to transparent however now, as shown below, it shows a white circle rather than the icon.
How can I fix this?
This might be a bug or it’s the problem with the image that you are uploading for Android.
Make sure that the image has a transparent background, if the background is white it will not show on the status bar preview.
I would suggest sending in a support ticket for this issue.
