Subdomain Not Working

When I use the subdomain that Adalo gave me (www.the-platoon-leader.adalo.com) I get an error message (see photo)

Is there a way to fix this? I’ve upgraded my plan so I thought it should work.

Can you post a screenshot of how you have set up your DNS on your registrar for this?

Thanks, Colin for helping out. I didn’t set up a DNS. I thought having an Adalo app automatically created an Adalo subdomain to which I could navigate. I’ve attached what I see in my settings.

When I type in that Adalo subdomain (I’ll add ‘www’ to it too), I get the screen I added in my initial query.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn’t realise this was an Adalo subdomain and not your own domain.

Did you select this as the domain to use in your publish settings?

Thanks for getting back to me.

The pic you posted, that’s what my screen did look like. Your questions sparked an idea though and I tried to make a custom domain, but it gave me the same “Not Found” result.

Can you try it once more but remove the www. part from your Adalo subdomain.
