Hi everyone, I have a PWA version of the mobile app, but the problem is that it doesn’t load right away, often after 2, 3, or even 4 tries. It just opens to a white screen and I have to log out and back in several times. I’ve tried it on both Android and iPhone, and I’ve changed internet sources (both mobile and Wi-Fi), but the problem persists. How can I fix this and why is this happening? Or should I contact technical support?
And my second question: is there any way to customize this loading screen? So that it’s not just a white screen with a cropped icon in the middle, but something like a background? Or is this only configurable when building for Android or iOS?
By the way, yes, this most likely happens after maintenance, it has been going on for the last week, since before everything seemed to be fine, as far as I remember. How can I fix it now?
