Trouble with Private Component Visibility + Republish Errors

Hi Everyone,

I’m running into some issues with a private component I built and published to Adalo.

Here’s what I’m experiencing:

  • The component isn’t showing up under Private Components, so I can’t drag and drop it onto a page.

  • When I try to republish the component privately, I get an error screen that disappears if I wait 24 hrs even though support previously confirmed this issue was resolved.

Questions I have:

  1. Has anyone else experienced private components not appearing? If so, how did you resolve it?

  2. Would uninstalling and reinstalling the component refresh it and make it visible again?

  3. Finally, has anyone arranged a call or live troubleshooting with Adalo support for issues like this? Curious if that’s an option.
