URGENT – First buttons disappeared, now entire app broken (3 days no support)

@CH_Team @jahnavi My app has become completely unusable.

:small_blue_diamond: First, a few days ago, buttons and lists started disappearing inside my project.

:small_blue_diamond: Now, for the past 3+ days, the entire app won’t load at all:

  • Internal preview = blank screen

  • External share link = blank screen

I have already tried everything:

  • Verified home screen

  • Removed redirects

  • Checked collections/fields

  • Duplicated the app

  • Created a new app (that one works fine, so the issue is clearly with my original project after an Adalo update).

I am paying €65/month and I cannot move forward with my work.

Even worse: I have submitted support tickets for 3 days and received ZERO reply.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a paid service.

I need urgent help. If this is not addressed immediately, I will have to cancel my subscription and move to another platform.

Has anyone else experienced this issue after recent Adalo updates?

is this a native app? ok i see that your previewer n share also has issues

Yes, it is a native app.

First, after Adalo’s update, many of my buttons stopped working/disappeared. Then, immediately after that, the preview completely broke — both internal and external (share link).The phone frame loads for one second and then disappears, leaving a blank screen. I’ve tested on multiple browsers, devices, and cleared cache. The issue is NOT on my side, it’s with this project only.

Apologies for the delay. I was in touch with you throughout, and we needed some time to carefully go through each screen of your app to identify the cause. We found an untitled component on one of the screens and removed it, so the issue should now be resolved.

Please refresh the screen and try opening the previewer again. Let us know if the issue persists.
