URL input field for a form

Hello! Unsure how to create a field on a form that allows the user to input a url that turns in to a hyperlink once the information appears to other users when posted on an app. Would anyone know how to do this?

Hi @WildflowrStudio,

You mean that user adds a URL into the input and once the form is submitted the other users can see it and for the URL it should tun to a hyper link?
