URL recognition within a text component

The ability to paste in a url and have it open to the actual website. Right now it’s not possible in standard text components.

what Kaito mentioned below would be extremely helpful.
I have a chat and forum function where users can share messages with each other, but they aren’t able to post a url and have it hyperlink to the actual website. It just appears as normal text.
