User private comments

Hello.
I would like to have user private comments / notes on specific posts.

As a default filter - as far I have tested - 1) user can post a comment that will be assigned to a specific post and 2) will be filtered by: User is Logged In, Comment is assigned to specific Post.

Now, all the Logged In Users can see the Comments assigned by All the Logged In users to that Specific Post.
But I need that only that 1 user that makes the comment to see comment. To have it private.
I have tested to Visibility also, but I did not find a solution.

I figured out.
Now I am filtering the comments by checking the user email.
