Using Facebook to promote your app?

Hello All!

We’re trying to us Facebook ads to promote our app. I was wondering if anyone has managed to do anything with Facebook Pixel (any workarounds) ?

I was wondering, if you’re not using Facebook Pixel but you are tracking people downloading the app, how are you doing it?

Any analytics or Facebook ad Google ad tips with Adalo are very welcome.
