It is still trial, not yet paid.
It allows you to have external collection, have custom action, and use collection API from other tools.
It is the same thing as the Pro Pack Trial, or the Pro account version/level, or they are different somehow?
It is different than a pro account. It gives you 14 days of access to Pro plan features (besides publishing) so you can try that out before upgrading
