Working out. Eating broccoli. Brushing teeth. All are things we can’t do just once.
(Or all at once… But that’s not the special skill I’m talking about here.)
My point is…
You can’t brush your teeth for an hour and then be good for the rest of the month.
Would be handy if it worked that way, but it doesn’t.
The same goes for goals.
Making progress on your goals doesn’t happen from one session of long, intense effort. It takes consistent action.
That’s when you’ll see the most progression and have an easier time achieving what you’ve set out to do.
But the good news is that you can do this! You’ve met 100% of the challenges life has thrown at you so far.
