I do not want to go into details in an open post, but i will mention some of the functions/app i wish for to be integrated:
- a note taking app or system, preferably something that can save directly into the “archive” function.
- an archive function
- A hyperlink to our businesses main page/learning page
- A hyperlink to gmail and/or outlook, preferably as many different as possible.
- To be functional on pads, phones and computers.
I wish for more functions at a later time, as this would be a continous ongoing project, most likely constantly in need of updating/new functions.
Based on what little info i am able to share, what would you say the:
- Cost is?
- Expected production time is?
- Chance of it being possible is?
So far there are no needs for any social-apps like a messenger app, but i would assume it would need to be integrated at a later point.
Preferably something that “only” we use and not a hyperlink to Facebooks messenger.
The design is already decided, although tweaks are expected to be made, but the “main” idea behind the design will stay.
Im looking forward to be hearing from you - this is a test project done by myself on my private time, but if the business find the solution to be good it might be a larger project that might last a long time.

What you’re describing is definitely possible in Adalo. A notes and archive flow, links out to your main site and email services, and making it all work across devices can be set up without too much trouble. The biggest factors in cost and timing usually come down to how polished you want it to be and how many features you want to include right away.
For something lean, you could get a working version fairly quickly on your own. I’d recommend starting simple so you can test the flow and then add more functions as you go, it’s often easier and less expensive that way.

It is good to know that Adalo can be used for all the “wishes and wants”, as there is a high possibility that other features is wanted at a later time as well.
