You’ll be contacted by the Adalo team to upgrade, it won’t be something that’s displayed in the app for users to see.

Yes, it will be delivered by email.
You will receive an email way before you reach the storage limit. Keep in mind, 10 GB or 20 GB is a LOT of storage.
