Add fields by dropdown menu number

Hello!
Please help me solve this problem:
I have an ingredients table that is linked to product tables.

  1. In the Dropdown Menu, select a number (1-5)
  2. The number of fields below becomes active/unfrozen/appears equal to the number selected in the Dropdown Menu. These fields contain lists of products that I want to add to the recipe.
    How can i do this?
