Hello! Can you be more specific with what you trying to accomplish? How do you have your actions set up for the text inputs?

Thanks for your reply i want to make a form to collect informations like first name last name phone number and the dropdown menu it will be list of cities i would like to collect all this information in one database
So, you would need to set up a collection of these new sign ups. Then create a collection of a list of cities to choose from in the drop down. On the Submit button, you will assign which text input is assigned to which field in your collection. You assign these with the magic text option.
