Adding Multiple data by one action

I want to add multiple data by one click(Button Action) like below.

Use case:
Tap a button: add 3 data to a column of user.
Relation-> User - Flute(Many to Many)
User add a “Apple1” by one action(Tap button), then Apple2, Apple3 and Apple4 in Flute collection also add the user column at same time.

Is it possible on adalo native logic or use Integromat(Make)?
