Im having issues with alignment on the top bar for my app. I cannot get text and icons to align properly. I have tried grouping elements in different variations, and added rectangles in different variations, but no luck. Any tips?

I had the same problem as you.
It is a classic problem that plagues Adalo, I think it will be fixed in the future 
I solved it by adding a transparent rectangle on the right side and creating a group with a background rectangle that included all the elements. (see the attached image).
I hope I have explained myself well.
