App not starting at welcome screen?

All was fine until ten mins ago and now app is defaulting to data screen at start ? Is this a server thing as its not happening on another app ?

PLEASE IGNORE browser cache was causing problem

I thought that the cache in the browser was the issue but no matter how many times I delete cache or look on a new clean device its not showing the normal welcome screen and going to LOGIN screen but there is no instruction to do this ?

I found the issue ! the welcome screen “screen navigation type” had changed to login but I did not do this ?
