App permission to access photos

I would like to know how to set permissions from the app to access user photo gallery ?

Well the best i could thnk of is having a tur or false property and have it as only visible if user is equal to true or false

How can you link that to Apple app permission ?

I think apple automatically send them to the permission to allow the app to access photo or if not you can just request permission but i dont think there is anyway to link to apple app permission
