Apple Isues when submitting

Hi. I need help please. I keep on getting this issue when submitting my app. This is my first app and first submission, please help me.

Your permission description aren’t explaining enough on what you are using their locations and photos for, add some more detail about your app and what it uses the permissions for you can edit these in the TestFlight Deployment Page Show in the image below.

I think @Expert is correct.

It says you didn’t explain the permission description.I think Apple is not giving you to Publish because of that Apple’s Guidelines. It says you have requested the Camera access and Location access but didn’t explained well. I think this will be the problem. I think you have not explained it well or didn’t fill that.
