You can use Adalo external API to work with Adalo app databases: Collections - Adalo Resources
However, you will have to set up all the logic which data to keep, which to export, etc. by yourself. I’m not sure if Zapier is suitable for this.
From my experience this could be done from Integromat, but setting up the logic will definitely require some effort (it’ll not be “one button setup”).
