Integration (post data on every change) to External API

Hi, We have few standard collections in Adalo App. One of the requirement is to sync this data to our CRM system so that we can manage collections data externally. Hence we are trying to find a solution to push data on every change(add/modify/delete) to external post API. It seems Zapier can do this with Adalo. But Zapier is a costly option for us given the recurring volumes. Is there any other way to send data out of Adalo on trigger basis.

Note: I understand we can do one time download of collections manually. But looking for a run time sync solution.

Hi, I have the same request: I need to sync Adalo’s data with my DB. I have another aproach suggestion rather than push data via trigger: could it be possible to expose the Adalo’s DB (conector) to be able to connect it from an external Source?.

Hello @AntonioG and @techadmin, can you advise on the most efficient and accurate way to sync all Adalo collection data with an external database? Zapier has been my answer thusfar, but often the data is slow to update in Adalo and zaps often fire too fast. Thanks
