Is anyone ever build a Booking system, sync to a iCal? I am trying to build a booking system, any help to will be very appreciated!

We have seen a lot of booking systems in various forms (ie, appointment type apps). We do not have an integration with iCal, but you may be able to use custom actions with it. With our upcoming calendar component with the Component Marketplace, this will make the scheduling aspect much easier.
