I am getting this when trying to change my profile. Whether it’s adding an image, changing password, anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I don’t think the Password field should be on the Edit Profile screen. That is what may be wrong. Instead at the bottom of your form add a button to change their password and also make a screen to change the password and also link the Change password button to that screen. Alternativetly, just link the Change password button to the password reset page.
