Can't upgrade the package

Hello Team Adalo @Ben @dosandco @jeremy .

This is great initiative for us. Now come to the point I could not upgrade my package. When I submitted my card details showing card declined. With the same card I can purchase anything from online store any where only Adalo platform declined my payment. I really need to upgrade my package. Please advise me what to do.

@Ben I am facing the same issue and I have submitted a ticket to the support team for 2 days now but yet to be attended to.
Kindly help out on this

I have submitted my tickets for 2 days now but no response.

I have over $100 in my account and yet I get I have insufficient funds in my account.

Please help out as my clients have started using the app but cannot do anything again due to adalo restricting me to the free plan.
