Hi ,I am trying to upgrade my plan to pro but it say you card don’t support this type of payment. Can you please help me to figure this out?
I’d suggest submitting a support ticket for this unless someone on forum here has experienced this before.
Hi , @theadaloguy , this problem for upgrading to pro plan and card getting declined had been discussed in some other forums. Please tell the requirements for payments from debit card as I really like this platform and want to give my commitment by upgrading to pro plan. @Ben
