Character Functions

Hi

Does Adalo allow me to use character functions like LEFT(string,7) or MID(string,2,3)? I currently can only use Math functions like ROUND() and RAND()

In the absence of this does anyone know any external APIs I can use for such functions?

Hi @IsaacO,

Not at the moment, unfortunately. There is a feature request for this: All varieties of string functions in Magic text. Functions like Substring, convert Uppercase, trim text and etc | Voters | Adalo

You may try to use Integromat for this purpose - there are some text functions there. Though this could be pricy, as free tier is pretty limited.
