Hi there,
I’m looking for someone who can build a component for me.

Core functionality.
User can blur the sections of the photo using their mouse or finger (see video)
Clicking reset button remove the applied blur so user can apply the blur again
Clicking save , saves the photo with blur

Here is a video of the functionality I’m looking for. (blurring happens after 15secs)
