Adalo’s servers are in the US. I do know they are working to have other locations, but don’t know when that will happen.
You could use a VPN and point it to the US. That has worked in the past for others, to improve the speed.

If you will get a good Malaysian proxy and use the proper settings, you can increase your internet speed by some value. Need to mention that you should use a proxy from reliable services.
