I get a 401 error, what should I do?

Hey Yuri, I faced this error too with SendGrid. I suggest using SendInBlue instead. The setup and documentation are clearer on the latter.

The error does seem to be credentials related. Did you include the required authentication within the header paramters?

It also seems you are missing some parts of the body, perhaps it could be a reason for the error? This is my setup for sendgrid and works fine…

The json in the body of the email is taken from this link.

This appears to be a problem on Sendgrid’s side not on Adalo’s. Please could you reach out to the sendgrid support team to ask them what the problem may be.
