Dental clinic app- need help making interactive tooth picture

Hi all,

I’m making an dental app for one clinic where patients will be able to schedule an appointment and while making an appointment to select which tooth he have a problem with and I need the selected tooth to have a option for patient to choose from a list what is the problem and in couple sentences to explain the problem.
Does anyone have any idea how I can make that happen or have any custom component to make my life easier?

I would go old school with a diagram of the teeth and overlay invisible squares to hold the links to the form screen.
Everything else you described can be achieved in Adalo, I don’t think you need a custom component.
