I want an honest opinion. Would you or can you make a simple app for dental office that have scheduling system, patient history, patients can schedule check ups and doctors can have their calendar with appointments?

No I would not build this in Adalo. The patient data is too sensitive and Adalo is not secure enough.

So Adalo DB don’t have security rules? If it’s true, so it’s strange

HIPPA compliance. Xano has, Adalo hasn’t.
Depends on where the company is domiciled.

Even with a HIPPA compliant backend like Xano, you are then passing the data through to Adalo in each API call.
