If we were to publish our app, and therefore advance e.g. Copyright, would this all go smoothly legally, or does Adalo own the app that you created in the builder. Thanks.

We do! We own the copyright and Adalo doesn’t own rights either on the app and or most certainly not on any user data we gather.
I’m pretty sure they don’t want to either.
