Domain for mobile APP

Hello :grinning:,
I need to know whether you need to buy domain for mobile app? What’s the advantages or disadvantages?
I see there is option for custom domain in Adalo too.so should I go for godaddy or Adalo. I am confused.

if you’re deploying it as a native app, there’s no need for the domain. If you’d like to deploy it as a PWA, then you’ll need a domain to make sure your users can remember the link to hop on to.
