Hi, I use pro plan but i want to cancel it and downgrade to free plan.
I try to change plan in settings > usage & billing, but
“There was a problem processing your payment.
Request failed with status code 400”
Message appears so now I can’t cancel my subscription.
Please help me and cancel plan of my account.
