I am a newbie in Adalo, and have a question which is very crucial for me.
Does Adalo allow me to develop something like this: Process Chart Game V9 | RMC Learning Solutions ?
How can I do this? Or what should I use instead?

Welcome to the forum!
Drag&drop is not supported in the Adalo apps, unfortunately.
So as for me you should think about using different UX approach. What I can imagine is having a card displayed on top (upper part of the screen), and have columns on the lower part of the screen, + some buttons above each column to select one.
In any case some experiments and creativity will be needed to find the best solution.
