Drag and drop/swipes currently not available in Adalo.
Correct we do not have that ability at this time. There are other ways in which you could set this up, in order to move the cards from list to list, but they would require an action (click/touch) and an update of a property of status, then essentially take you to a different screen and or a middle screen with a link action back to the initial screen where the lists per column could be filtered based on the status property.
