I am developing a task web application (no app), in which users create tasks with a due date. What I need to know if someone knows how to make adalo notify a user by email every time one of their tasks expires.
I only know how to do it with custom actions, but I don’t know how to do it automatically, only when the task expires.
If anyone knows how to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

I recommend using something like Zapier, Make, Integrately. You’d need to make sure the task collection has the expiration date when created. With Zapier you can set up an action when a task is created.
Step 1. Trigger When an adalo record is created
Step 2. Delay Until action (setting the expiration date as the target date)
Step 3. Send Email (you can use zapier’s email, Sendgrid or any other email platform to accomplish this)
